Welcome! I am pleased to offer various private dispute resolution tools to solve your dispute fairly and efficiently. These tools include mediation, arbitration, and med/arb services. I am also retained to provide strategic advise to counsel in ADR, trial, appeal and corporate legal cases. I have been involved in legal dispute resolution for 40 years. I negotiated settlements of disputes, mediated, and litigated trials for 23 years, and then presided as a judge over trials and applications and judicially mediated disputes for fifteen. I have experienced first-hand the agony of drawn-out disputes – the expense and the energy – and the joy and relief from efficient resolution.
